A Newtown man was back in Danbury Superior Court Tuesday on new charges of sexual assault. 28-year old Edward Wilson had been arrested in April by State Police on charges of possession of child pornography, obscenity and promoting a minor in an obscene performance.
Newtown Police arrested the man Tuesday on 4th degree sexual assault, 10 counts of sexual assault of a minor and 11 counts of illegal sexual contact for incidents that happened in last September.
He is being held on a combined $750,000 bond and will be back in court on August 7th for both cases.
