A New York man has been arrested by Danbury police on an outstanding Warrant. Police spokesman Lt Tom Michael says 23-year old Timothy Donnelly of Katonah was transported from the Westchester County Correction Facility to the Danbury police station Wednesday where he was arrested.
Donnelly has been charged with assault, strangulation, criminal mischief and failure to appear.
The charges stemmed from a domestic incident in May of 2011.
There was also a warrant for the man issued after a party at his home this June charging him with providing liquor to minors and a failure to appear.
