A third arrest has been made for an armed robbery at a Southbury McDonald's. State police received a call from employees of the Main Street North McDonalds on September 2nd reporting that the employees were robbed at gun point by two masked men.
21-year old Paul DiLeo was charged Wednesday with burglary, criminal use of a firearm, larceny, robbery, 3 counts of unlawful restraint and related conspiracy charges.
A juvenile, who was not named because of age, was charged last week. 21-year old Angel Medina of Waterbury, the McDonald's manager, was arrested Friday.
DiLeo was held on bond for arraignment.
No other arrests are expected.
