A New York man has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from his roommate and taking that man's car over the weekend. Carmel Police say 36-year old Matthew Kelly is suspected of taking cash and credit cards from his roommate and then taking the man's car for a drive.
Police say he also allegedly took a neighbor's credit card and made a number of purchases with it.
Kelly was charged with four counts of 4th degree grand larceny and one counts of petit larceny. He is being held on $5,000 bond for a court appearance on the 29th.
