Woman hides clothes under child in shoplift attempt

Not your average shopping trip. 

A Danbury woman has been arrested for using a stroller and her child to try to shoplift.  Police say 43-year old Rosa Velez tried to hide clothing at the Good Will Store on Beaver Brook Road yesterday under her child who was in a stroller. 

She has been charged with risk of injury to a minor and 6th degree larceny.  She was released on $2,500 bond for a court appearance on the 26th.
