Updated: NY man charged after attempted stabbing in Danbury

Danbury police were called to a disturbance on Oakland Avenue Tuesday afternoon on a report of a fight.  Officers determined that 36-year old Anthony Finacchiaro of East Purdy's, New York had gotten into an altercation with a man at the Danbury home. 

While fighting, Finacchiaro threatened to stab the man with a knife he was carrying. 

He was charged with threatening and breach of peace.  He was released no $500 bond.
